Our role involved structuring the franchise opportunity and positioning the platform as a viable business model for educational entrepreneurs and training institutes. We assisted in presenting the concept to prospective partners, explaining the operational framework, and highlighting the benefits of offering online education programs through a local franchise center.
The objective was to create opportunities for institutes, trainers, and entrepreneurs across Maharashtra to participate in the growing digital education ecosystem while benefiting from an established online learning platform.
Through franchise outreach and opportunity promotion, we helped generate awareness about the ITAA Education model and supported the brand’s efforts to expand its presence through local franchise partners across the state.
